Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

I offer domestic shipping through USPS and UPS. You can choose your preferred carrier at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

  • Important Note: Once your shipping notification is sent, HIMO ART is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate—I want your package to arrive safely!

International Shipping

I currently ship internationally via UPS for reliable and trackable service.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: All fees are calculated at checkout, so there are no surprise charges at delivery.

  • Customs Clearance: Some countries may require additional documentation (such as a Power of Attorney (POA)) to complete customs clearance. If needed, UPS or I will contact you directly.

  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days, although delays may occur due to customs processing.

  • Important Note: Once your shipping notification is sent, HIMO ART is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered international packages. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. I do not accept refunds, exchanges, or offer warranties on any purchases.
